It has absolutely every appliance that you could need and lightning fast WiFi. It’s not massive but it is designed to make great use of the space. I have read complaints about the narrow staircase, no lift and the mezzanine floor sleeping area. I am 6 ft tall, 200lbs and I had no problem with the stairs or balcony sleeping area, so don’t let that put you off. The location of the property is perfect, a quiet, safe, well lit street but literally a few minutes walk to the port, cafe’s restaurants, bars, tram and rail links. I would definitely stay there again.

Could not rate this hotel and spa highly enough, value for money? More than! Everything from check in to (free late) check out was outstanding and the staff were exceptional with me and my family. Our room was upgraded for free and the breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Elizabeth for the outdoor sauna ritual and fjord swimming in the afternoon, a truly unforgettable experience.
