From the location which was easily accessible and no need for a jetty, the service- from airport arrival to the resort . The staff starting from Kate who’s definitely the best host anyone could ever ask for! The staff in each and every outlet whose forever marked our memories(Citra - Ivy-Julia- Alpi…) The attentiveness to micro details and special thanks to the restaurant manager Sumeida . The cleanliness and the extreme comfort of the water villas…heavenly bed and pillows 🪽 The activities which were varied and made our stay the most enjoyable one.

OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is located in a spot of graceful elegance, offering excitement within endless beauty. Amazing service, staff is so helpful and caring. Cuisine is delicious, the island is beautiful. Will definitely come back again! P.S. New Year party was wonderful, thank you!

Such a beautiful island. We enjoyed every bit of it. They have almost 7 restaurants with variety of cuisines. Food is a bit pricey but very tasty and service is really good. More than anything the staff at this place provides the excellent customer service. I would say this resort has the best customer service compared all other places i have stayed. Glad we choose this resort. An ideal place to enjoy and relax as couple. They have so many games which are just free, including free kayaking. They also have free photoshoot. Do not miss the snorkeling. Once again kudos to the staff there. Smiling faces with best customer service mindset.

Помешкання Joy Island Maldives All Inclusive Resort розміщено у Мале. New resort with exceptional buffet and chef. Restaurant has a machine that makes fresh cheese like mozzarella or burrata, nice selection of food, especially seafood every day. Friendly staff everywhere, at restaurant waiters were always smiling, entertaining kids. Good responsive guest relations managers. We really enjoyed a trip to coral garden and saw turtles. Though no big reef near the beach, but still there are nice corals and fish to watch nearby.
