The lounge area is spacious and luxurious, the live music was great, the staff were attentive. The hammam was a fabulous experience- the space is exceptional and the staff were perfect. we would return to Ifrane just to do this again!

I truly recommend this accomodation! It was my best ever! Clean, new, comfy, quiet and cozy! Thak you for everything, I really miss Laila and the girls who gave me best coffee in the morning! The towels and the wardrobe were so fluffy and the mattress, pillows and the linening were perfect! I felt wonderful during my 10 nights accomodation in room no.220. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and service areas and lovely pool. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The restaurant has a stunning view over the pool. Staff were polite and helpful.

The receptionist was amazing ! He was very helpful and showed us where to go we enjiyzd our stay becausz of his professionalism and kindness. We could walk to the city center by feet and enjoy nature.

The ryad was amazing 😊 Very clean it makes you feel at home. Delightful rooms very spacious comfortable and large beds. Terrace with a beautiful view.
