I truly recommend this accomodation! It was my best ever! Clean, new, comfy, quiet and cozy! Thak you for everything, I really miss Laila and the girls who gave me best coffee in the morning! The towels and the wardrobe were so fluffy and the mattress, pillows and the linening were perfect! I felt wonderful during my 10 nights accomodation in room no.220. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.

While unassuming from the outside, the inside of the property was so so beautiful. The lobby and terrace were gorgeous. Our room was stunning and we had a modern shower, which was incredibly nice.
