The setting, staff, food, room...I mean EVERYTHING was exceptional. This time my trip to Sri Lanka was quick and involved a lot of movement, but I am so thankful I ended my trip at Rate Wild Coast Tented Lodge. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was in a safari paradise. The staff, waiters, and GM were completely attentive and accommodating. While not the cheapest place I ever stayed, I think it was worth every penny. At first, I was disappointed I didn't have direct beach access as I had booked a pool room (and I thought those were only on the beach), but after settling in for an hour and catching a quick sunbathe I turned around to see a giant elephant on its way to my watering hole...they said it could happen...but I really thought the reality was slim to none...boy was I surprised! Besides all that, all the food and drinks were delicious! And, it cannot be omitted...the coastline! WOW! I have traveled the world and consider myself pretty versed in beautiful coastlines...and I have to say, this is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL I have ever has the opportunity to sit and enjoy! The gigantic rocks, the angry sea, and the soft soft...even without at elephant visit I would have been so enthralled by Rate Wild Coast Tented Lodge. Thank you!!!

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. Yakaduru is highly rated and it was the same result for us also. We believe first people are writing cause it is cheap but no it is the experience, 2 minutes of making the booking they contact you on WhatsApp and every thing is informed and taken into account. They book a reasonable taxi for you, then a Safari and things to do within the camp. You should go on to the Yakaduru lake, we saw a Crocodile there. I put the picture here. It is a very peaceful stay, when you look at other towns in Sri Lanka. There is bugs and some frogs but that doesn’t mean they are on you or disturb you. We inform the staff and they catch and remove some. Because it is a very small camp the guest preferences. They give you 2 fans cause they can’t maintain AC with Solar power. I recommend this place for everyone because we had a great time here. The food is Sri Lankan and not spicy for us, which is good comfort when you look at other places. We will come again soon.

The resort is beautiful as well as the location- right in front of the beach. The host is very hospitable and all services provided were perfect! They even arranged safari and transporation for us. The place was very clean.

Hilton Yala is a stunning hotel, newly built and with every detail of the highest specification. Our pool villa was spacious and beautifully designed. The grounds are immaculate and the expansive pool is incredible. The real selling point of this hotel however is the staff and the amazing service. Every single member of staff we encountered on our two night stay was friendly and helpful. You really get a sense of a hotel that want you to have the best stay possible and will go out of their way to make sure that happens. We were lucky enough to go on a morning safari with ranger Praneeth, who was so intent on finding us the elephants we wanted to see that he extended our safari by an hour to ensure it happened ! In the end, not only did we see a herd of elephants but a leopard too. It really is a magical place and we are already planning a return trip.

The place was stunning, comfortable and lovely. We had the best BBQ of our lifes❤️ Silva (manager and guide) was a hidden gem of this place. He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

Из курортного отеля Chena Huts открывается прекрасный вид на море и заповедную природу. everything about Uga Chena Huts is phenomenal it was one of the best accommodations I had in my life My mom and I lived a dream while being there, they were extremely professionals by all means, the huts, the location, the food, the services was beyond expectations, I would love to go back there again and again and again. the Safari drive was amazing, our guide Vibushana has an eagle eye, he has the best observation skills ever, and took care of our safety during the excursion. I loved every single detail about this place, all the staff are lovely and friendly, from the general manager and on, they showed a very high level of professionalism and kindness
