Inami
Complete with a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, the units at the resort have a TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms here will provide you with a balcony. At MARINE-Q all rooms come with bed linen and towels. It's an unusual set up - very laid back and first impressions not great. Facilities are unusual in that you must go to a different building for showers ... But it was chilled, relaxing, room opened onto the water ... You need to be laid back to fully enjoy it - but I thought it was a little zany and different.

You won't get much better than this for cheap and cheerful Kumano-kodo breaks. I even got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich kit. You have access to basic cooking facilities, and you sleep in a nice little cupboard. The staff are friendly and personable. It's clean and cheap for the area. If you don't need luxury there's no reason to stay anywhere else really.
The major onsen resort in Wakayu, which is a really small village. Enjoy the outdoor onsen and peaceful river view a lot. The breakfast buffet is very Japanese-style and nice. Staff are very helpful. The free shuttle bus is great.
Location of this Japanese seaside resort. Can hire bikes from hotel for small fee.
Nice, charming onsen place with a more authentic feel compared to the big resorts. Staff is very friendly, view from the room amazing. The room also had a clean modern bathroom. The free breakfast includes some local juices.
seems like a all inclusive hotel, all the entertainments are good especially the hot spring natural and soft!
Nice hotel, nice views. Staff super helpful, patient and kind. . Twin luxury room was fab.we also had single rooms (travelling as a family). Single rooms not so good. Next to fruit and fish market. There is a bus into town from ourside the hotel, where you can find nice places to eat, and supermarkets.
Dinner is so great! Especially Bbq A5 wagyu and seafood ahijo! It provides transportation from Shirahama Station to the resort, around 15-20mins. Staffs are helpful and very nice, smile always :) Special thanks to the female staff who give us heartful blessings. Arigatou ne!
This place is magical. The view from the junior suite was breathtaking. The space and comfort was outstanding. The luxury suite is authentic and real and not a little contrived. The staff were extremely committed and extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. Thanks a lot for this. If you want to relax and unwind, this is the place for you.
Obviously, the best feature is the range of onsens and the main ones in the caves next to the ocean. A great experience. Excellent and friendly staff in all areas. Range and quality of food in dinner and breakfast buffet was good. Not a modern resort complex with some exterior parts in need of refurbishing but it has a long history which adds to its charm.
* The staff was wonderful, with the attitude and attentiveness of luxury resort (generally good English for easy communication and very friendly). * Dinner and breakfast in a private dining space with a tasty and varied traditional Japanese menu. * Room includes a basic private toilet and sink (non typical for hotels in this area), very convenient for privacy. * Large room with attached sunroom. Regular and floor chairs in the room for back support at the tables. * Large and authentic onsen facilities onsite.
