The hosts are very communicative and helpful. We got hot spring water outdoor footbath and indoor bath. The kitchen is well-equipped with complete appliances. Our bedroom is comfortable with hot, cold, and dry air conditioner. Overall, the place is neat and clean. We easily went to Mount Omuro, izu shaboten zoo, and lake ippeki as day trip from the place. It is located 2 minutes walk from the Usami train station.

Hotel New Akao is a 10-minute ride from JR Atami Train Station, and a free shuttle is offered. We went three for arranging marriage proposal for our friend. Once we inform purpose of our visit staff (From reception to managers ) went beyond what we expect and help us to arrange everything. Big thanks to every staff members

Then the annex building separate onsen was amazing (one open air large onsen pool with views of the bay, and 1 inside pool with sauna and various mineral baths). (free for guests and can use during the day after your checkout too)
