Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Rosetta by Ferns in Sakleshpur is sort of a hidden gem. There are many things that they do so well without fanfare. At each meal, we were counting tables without little children! This place seems a huge hit among families with children. Traveling with our 6yo, we felt right at home. At 3.5 hours drive from Bengaluru, it’s not a tiresome drive to reach here. The lake, the huge Teatro restaurant, the coffee plantations, the birds and the trees were all pleasant surprises for us. We travel often and I’m used to mediocre staff at other places. But the staff here are fantastic. Every time we approached anyone, they were professional and took care of things. During the busy breakfast hours, one could see managers get hands on, clearing or setting the tables themselves to help guests settle down faster. This must be a great place to work for the staff. Our 6yo got to bake a pizza and cookies right in the kitchen!! And also had a art session with more than a dozen kids. The staff handle kids with aplomb. I had read praise for the food in the reviews. I was impressed despite the high expectations. I’ve written more than I intended. Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

Tasty breakfast with excellent and varied selection of foods. We looked forward to enjoying the delicious food in the hotel restaurant each day of our stay. Clean and spacious rooms with amazing vistas of the Munnar hills from the balconies. The views alone were enough to sit and enjoy the ambience of the hotel and surrounding areas. Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all highly efficient and friendly, they could not do enough to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention to our driver Chinju, who showed us around and helped us carry out an auspicious function. He made everything go smoothly and there was nothing for us to worry about. The hotel is in a prime location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Munnar hills. This is a hotel where once you leave, you know you will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
