The hotel is brand new, very cozy and well located. The amenities were all of exceptional quality and especially the architecture and design were beautiful, in sync with local culture. Rooms were always cleaned when we were gone - excellent service. We liked the food at breakfast and lunch, was tasty and quality was very good. We liked especially the fresh fish choices. We used spa and gym - also very recommended. Gym is big and the equipment is new and versatile. We were upgraded to a larger room out of kindness of our hotel hosts and we appreciate it a lot. Definitely a wonderful place to come back too.

Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa is situated right on the sandy Tsilivi Beach in Zakynthos. It features a freshwater pool and poolside bar, beach bar and a fitness centre. Free WiFi is provided. This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. Everything was perfect, the room (sea side view) was clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional and the hotel facilities were very good. The food was always very tasty, and there were a lot of options to choose from. The staff was always very kind and polite. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants, souvenir shops (bonus: the hotel has its own mini market/souvenir shop) and car rental places.

The Pool, the Villa, everything was perfect! The Owner of the Villa was very friendly and allways available. She told us everything about the island and the best places. The room is nicely decorated in a rustic style. We stayed in a three-person room and the space was sufficient. Beds very comfortable. Drinking water in the room. Very good and varied food. And all this was supervised by staff who were very hospitable and open to customers. We were the last customers before the hotel closed for the season and we received interest from all the staff. We waited a long time for the plane and even though the hotel was closing, the staff was extremely hospitable and provided assistance and amenities to everyone. I think it was hospitality and an approach that is not often seen. I recommend the hotel in every area and rate it 10!!

The beachfront Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel by Zante Plaza has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Alikanas. Staff were the highlight for us, with the location of the beach and proximity to the hotel. They were always friendly, and smiling - working long hours All inclusive - the quality of alcohol and food was acceptable - cannot complain really. Maybe some more chicken and not pork. Lots of options. Happy.
