I liked how easy and quick check in was at reception and I also liked the size of the room and bathroom. Both had plenty of space and being on the 9th floor we also had the luxury of an amazing view.

The spa was good. However the staff need Co ordination and for a luxury 5 star which was rumoured 7 star , restaurant staff service is abysmal. Also the security was rude, on top my booking wasn’t received hence cancelling and rebooking, the manager paoulo helped and was frustrated as went esp for spa which couldn’t use

It's in a stunning location overlooking the Thames. The buildings themselves are quaint and in keeping with Thameside luxury. Bar terrace overlooking the Thames is wonderful. The people on Reception at our arrival were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. The from was spacious even for a family of four. Our children felt they were in luxury and described it as the best hotel ever.

Bespoke clean perfect size room for one night with high quality bed linen and towels. .Receptionists extremely helpful and kind. Location easy to find and well known. Quiet in the same time close to the main road. Facilities are well arranged , modern luxury style of the interior. A perfect place for your journey.
