The hotel itself was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could want. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor is a luxurious resort situated on a private island. The room was clean and the location overlooking the Nile river was great. The water pressure of the shower was strong and comfortable. We had dinner at an Asian restaurant and it was delicious. There was a mini-zoo on the hotel premises, and we were able to see camel, rabbits, monkeys and more. It was just feeding time, and the staff kindly let us feed them :) We didn't use it this time due to the cold, but we would have liked to have used the pool if it was summer.

Located on the banks of the River Nile, Steigenberger Resort Achti is an 8-acre luxury resort set in lush tropical gardens. Everything from start to finish was good for me. There was some issue with my booking when I was checking in, but the staff especially Mr Wael and Mr Gamal spend some time and patience and sorted all the issue. They gave me a Nile view room for all the three days without charging anything extra, and when I wanted to extend my stay, I was doubtful of this, as the amount of people who was checking in at the time was huge, still the extension took only a few seconds.
