Lo que mas nos gustó fue el trato con Sayed y el seguimiento que hizo de nosotros durante todo el trayecto preocupado por cada pequeño detalle de nuestros viaje. Tuvo todo tipo de cuidados y no dejo que en ningún momento estuviéramos a disgusto con nada del viaje. Los guías todos muy simpáticos así como los trayectos y las furgonetas que utilizaban, todas limpias, con agua y con personal super amable con mucha flexibilidad para cambiar incluso las visitas para llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto. Desde luego si volvemos a Egipto nos pondremos en sus manos sin dudarlo.

El Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor es un complejo de lujo situado en una isla privada. The room was clean and the location overlooking the Nile river was great. The water pressure of the shower was strong and comfortable. We had dinner at an Asian restaurant and it was delicious. There was a mini-zoo on the hotel premises, and we were able to see camel, rabbits, monkeys and more. It was just feeding time, and the staff kindly let us feed them :) We didn't use it this time due to the cold, but we would have liked to have used the pool if it was summer.

El complejo de lujo Steigenberger Resort Achti ocupa un terreno de 3,2 hectáreas a orillas del río Nilo, entre exuberantes jardines tropicales. Everything from start to finish was good for me. There was some issue with my booking when I was checking in, but the staff especially Mr Wael and Mr Gamal spend some time and patience and sorted all the issue. They gave me a Nile view room for all the three days without charging anything extra, and when I wanted to extend my stay, I was doubtful of this, as the amount of people who was checking in at the time was huge, still the extension took only a few seconds.
