Todo fue maravilloso, el hotel genial la piscina grande y la playa muy limpia y hermosa. Los trabajadores siempre atentos e intentaron ayudarnos siempre son muy amables. Los cócteles son todo incluidos y eso nos gustó mucho. Por todo esto el hotel es genial

This the best hotel in Hurghada, the staff everyone was smiling helpful and kind.special thank to Ibrahim Mohamed and Mohamed Samaha from the reception so helpful,Amin and his amazing Latte from the bar and swimming pool restaurant. also Mahmoud from the fourth floor restaurant very good waiter, the managers also were so helpful.we will be back in Shaa Allah.

Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. Todo fue increíble. De los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado. Las instalaciones, el trato y la atención del personal, la limpieza, animación y comida excelente. Muchas opciones con diferentes comidas (buffet y a la carta, y restantes temáticos). Teníamos una intolerancia alimenticia y solo con avisarlo en la reserva, ya lo tenían en cuenta a la hora de elegir los platos (ni en los mejores restaurantes nos ha pasado esto). La playa y la piscina estaban perfectamente limpias, con muchas opciones de hamacas y sombra. Las habitaciones muy amplias y el baño con ducha grande y todo muy bien pensado. Fue muy acogedor y repetiremos seguro.

Desert Rose staff is extraordinary - very professional and friendly, we've never encountered such nice but at the same so great organised people before. Congrats to hotel managers for having everything so well structured and perfectly managed, you take care for literally everything! eg. there is phone app available with all the essentials on restaurants, bars, menus, entertainment, beach and pool acticities etc. Big >thank you< to all chefs, waiters, barmans, gentlemen cleaning the room, lifeguards, bodyguards, gardeners, entertainment staff and receptionists (please forgive if I missed someone). Also aqua center guys, Casanova and his owner were making our stay more interesting;) Wide choice of very tasty food, aesthetically served; each day different dinner eg. far east, middle east, international, BBQ etc.; in addition 4 a'la carte restaurants with lovely atmosphere. What absolutely distinguishes the hotel is beautifull huge garden; gardeners working very hard made an absolute floral art there. The surrounding is extremely clean and pampered in every aspect. For evenings there are multiple bars available, all of them with nice spirit, beatifully designed, lighted and with great music. We had really great time in Desert Rose and we would strongly recommend the place for everyone who would like to have wonderful holiday.
