The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pools are great and the spa treatments were very good. This is my second time at this hotel and I have not been disappointed. The selection of food has become even better, the menu is very, very diverse, the pastries are simply excellent, I really liked the Chinese and Indian dishes. The service staff is very diligent and friendly. This applies to both room service and waiters. The only thing that could be improved a little is the evening show program - it could be a little more diverse, not to use so much local animation team. The oriental dancers and the fire show were of a very high standard. Our family's favorite attraction, of course, was the gorgeous sandy beach and oversized heated pool.

Food was Amazing, everything you dream to eat you can find it , oriental egyptian food was more than waw I felt that Im eating at my home, thx for chief Shaaban , always around to ask about the food and if we need anything more place waw , Aqua & pools , animation team more than amazing , love the foam party , stuff sooo nice and friendly u always find the smile on their faces thx for abdullah from the reception soo friendly and espically thx to Ahmed A. Moniem the front manager , recommended place , first time to leave a place and feel sad that i wont see them the next day , thank u sooo much .
