I had a generally satisfactory stay at a hotel located close to the main road, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The accommodation was clean and the mattresses were comfortable, meeting my expectations. The restaurant, however, had some room for improvement. We had pizza and it could have been better. Additionally, there was a limited selection of beer snacks, such as chips or other options. Not to mention the breakfast that was not completely ready at the promised time. Despite these shortcomings, I would still consider using the accommodation again, but I might explore other eating options in the area.

The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a satellite TV. Sauna world was nice, staff was friendly (except ladies from reception), a nice corner for the kids. The swimming pool is nice as well with rome bath included and access is not limited.

The stuff was professional and trained very well. The meals -: breakfast and dinner - were wonderful. The receptionists Olena and Dominique were extremely helpful in solving our accomodation nuances. Olena also directed us how to learn better the wonderful city of Karlovy Vary.
