Easy Stay Antique House ligt in Zhangjiajie, op 6 km van Suoxiyu en op 7 km van de taoïstische tempel Zixia. Het beschikt over een tuin en een gemeenschappelijke lounge. I contacted the owner through WeChat before and he helped organizing transportation from the airport to the hotel and was really kind in answering all kind of questions. When we arrived he arranged a group chat with his staff which was great for communication. The redone farmhouse is a beautiful estate at the foot of the mountains. It is 3.5 km away from the South East gate of the park which is a rather quiet entrance gate. They drove us to the gate every morning and picked us up when we wanted to come back from the park. The view of the estate is breathtaking, it is quiet, the kids could run around freely and we had lovely home cooked dinners on the terrace. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is Chinese style. They provided fruits every morning and made the room every day! While we were there they started also building a new swimming pool which should be ready to use by July :)

No.5 Valley Inn ligt in een groene pomgeving en bevindt zich op 2 km van de westpoort (Yangjiajie-kaartjesbalie) van het Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder is de ligging van de Lodge heel goed (dicht bij de park ingang waar je gratis naartoe gebracht wordt en de mogelijkheid om via het hotel naar andere delen van het park te gaan).

Tianmen Mout Tian's Resort is een beroemd hotel in Zhang Jiajie en heeft een geweldige reputatie van nationale en buitenlandse klanten. Het vergt een handige locatie. I liked absolutely everything! There is a free shuttle service from and to the station. There is a restaurant with an electronic menu, which is very convenient. The lobby and restaurant area is stylishly decorated. For communication, the hosts used a translation gadget and downloaded our language - it's just wow! We had pre-booked tickets for attractions. The hotel has an elevator and the room has smart curtains that open themselves. One of the best hotels we have visited in China.

It was quiet and elegant. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The staff tried hard and was very helpful, even though I did not speak Chinese. I used the laundry and the massage service, and both were excellent. I would choose to stay here again. The overall hotel was nicer than the listing presented.
