This is a superior accommodation that checks all the boxes! Beautiful inside and out, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could want. The waterfront setting is just beautiful. You can stare at the lake from the living room, the spacious deck, or the beach right below. We sat by the outdoor fire in the evening watching the sunset, moonset and stars. This is a wonderful spot to stay for any reason, and very convenient to downtown North Bay parks, restaurants, & museums. Highly recommend 5+++stars!!!

The front part of the hotel seemed to be the original rooms of the house. We enjoyed walking through those rooms. Our own room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and the gardens, that were beautifully manicured. The staff were warm and friendly. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, although a little dated. We had a wonderful experience.
