We brought our own oil, spices etc but everything was there. Lots of tourist info and games. Great terrace with deck chairs and cushions (for our one sunny day). We made excursions (Chimay, Thuin, ...) and evening walks along the lake.

The next morning one of the managers (Cindy W.) did her best to appease us and suggest some type compensation. Really professional and with a smile.
