This was my Vietnam splurge. Worth it. Very nice hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were on point - friendly, helpful, polite. Had a massage - also a bit pricey by Vietnam standards - also worth it. The spa was really nice.

Very friendly staff, availability in any moment of our stay. The rooms are clean, the restaurant offers a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients. The view from the garden over the rise fields is incredible. We had the possibility to do early check-in without any additional fee. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new resort set in the countryside. We wanted to be outside of Sa Pa and the quiet setting was perfect for us. Sit by the pool or on the large upper patio and take in the mountains and valley views. Watch the families of neighbouring farms work there fields and see regular Sa Pa life unfold around you. We stayed in two bungalows and they were beautiful and clean with comfy beds and big windows. Bathroom was spacious with big showers and lots of hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly. Giving us suggestions on how to enjoy our time and arranging transportation.

The whole facility is lovely, everything made of wood and stones, I loved it! The room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious, we had baguette with eggs and fresh fruits. The location is nice as well - you can walk through the villafes in the valley and there is a nice café nearby. It is close to the road but very calm. The host family was very kind and ordered a taxi for us to get to Sapa.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

The attention to detail and service was great. Our family bungalow was spacious for a family of four. the grounds were well taken care of. and our favorite food was the salad home grown from the property. Property is awesome, basically you can spend few days inside enjoying resort facility area and gardens. Breakfast is grand and chef will accommodate your specific request eg vegan etc. All staff members can speak good English and can give you more info about SAPA etc. SPA and Swimming pool is lovely and even considering weather pool is heated. One of my friends had diarrhea probably from food consumed on the way up to SaPa. The management helped to nurse her back to health. Another friend had a fall downtown. The staff immediately sourced for saline and clean gauze for her. Staff spoke good English and gave good guidance and support for day trips out of SaPa.

It's elevated above the rest of Sapa Town and away from the noise and hustle & bustle. Beautifully designed resort and it was so clean. We stayed in a room with the Mountain View and it was heavenly. Staff members were very helpful though the levels of English do vary between staff members. The shuttle buggy was convenient (though you had to coordinate as it runs every hour) and on time.
