One of the best hill station hotel stays in many ways. Above all the service was impeccable despite all staff not speaking English. Super helpful with arranging tours, local transport, food, late checkout etc. their whatsap communication was awesome. We had Mountain View 2 bed bungalow with wooden interiors, shiny new finish. Our kids loved the place. Breakfast was ok although had all basic buffet items, but this didn’t bother us much. Restaurant food is good and affordable and again staff is super. Hotel is next to fansipan cable car station that connects with sapa town funicular. Hotel is also a 10-15 mins drive to sapa town with taxis easily available costing 4 dollars each way in Dec23. Sapa is a must must do if you visit Vietnam. We took a 9 seater limousine with reclining seats that took 6 hours from Hanoi to Sapa but super comfortable with cost of $180 each way.

The resort is in great location and mountain view balcony was really nice. The staff was very friendly and was ready to go any extent to take care of customers. Definitely recommend this resort for family.

We stayed at the Eco Palms House in Vietnam and it was not only a stunning location but the staff went above and beyond for us, particularly Nam and his Sister always smiles. The food, facilities and rooms were all fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We had such a memorable time and will recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The whole facility is lovely, everything made of wood and stones, I loved it! The room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious, we had baguette with eggs and fresh fruits. The location is nice as well - you can walk through the villafes in the valley and there is a nice café nearby. It is close to the road but very calm. The host family was very kind and ordered a taxi for us to get to Sapa.

The location, the property is located apart from city. Quiet, Good rice field view. Kat Kat village is in walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staffs.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

This hotel is fantastic. The views would have been amazing i imagine, if we came during the right season. Staff were friendly and served us tea. We arrived via sapa sleeper bus and came to the lobby in the early morning, though we were not allowed to check in but we took a rest in the lobby which was huge and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an amazing spread and even an egg station. Best breakfast in the entire trip

It’s a beautiful series of quaint comfortable bungalows with balconies that overlook the valley at about cloud level. Wonderful pool.. wonderful staff
