Lavatrici e asciugatrici a disposizione gratuite, asciugamani a volontà da poter portare in spiaggia, seggiolone e carrello per trasportarle a disposizione gratuitamente. Gentilezza della signora all’accoglienza e dello staff addetto alle pulizie. Spiaggia a pochi passi, piscina riscaldata

We felt so home from the beginning to the end of our stay. We got a relaxed, happy and nice welcome of the host. The apartment provide us with the little extra things that we didnt expect but really appreciated, like beach towels and welcome treats. The location was quiet but also so central for beach and the centre. It felt genuine with the family working there, the place was simple, not so fancy, just a very nice vibe. Just like a home ♡ The pool area had many different options of seating and a great bbq that we cooked both dinner and breakfast at.

Structure well located in Sarasota Siesta beach, 200 mt. from the beach and on the main road Ocean drive with many shops, restaurants and pubs. Personale al check in efficiente e cortese. Abbiamo avuto la stanza 102 a piano terra adiacente al pub all'aperto. Eravamo preoccupati per la musica e i rumori, ma in camera arrivano molto attenuati e comunque dopo le 10 di sera tutto è tranquillo The room and bathroom are large and welcoming, and there is a kitchenette with fridge, oven and coffee machine. In the room there are cooler bag, towels and two reclining chairs to take to the beach

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is to die for. It was all so roomy and just so much more than I had hoped for. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We certainly hope to come back next year. You could walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Captain Curts restaurant. And for ladies shopping I recommend Coconuts. All in walking distance. Was able to Uber to Flemings Restaurant.

Posizione tranquilla, ma soprattutto in un contesto privato, a 5min di auto da St.Armands Key e Sarasota, parcheggio incluso ( ottino visto che in Florida è quasi sempre a pagamento negli hotel) spiaggia pulitissima dotata di ogni servizio, ombrellone e lettini a pagamento, stanza che era praticamente un appartamento, spaziosa, pulita e competa di stoviglie, angolo cottura, lavatrice ed asciugatrice, ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative.
