This was my first visit to Santa Fe, NM and originally I had booked a stay at another resort. That place didn't meet my needs. I stayed at 'said' resort for less than 12hrs before I quickly checked out. I went online and found that the Four Seasons had what I was looking for. They have shuttles that can take you into the historic Santa Fe Plaza all day, they have daily guided hikes and different events happening daily. They also have a five star spa on location! I had three treatments while I was there and highly recommend. The resort itself was Quiet, friendly, and well lit rooms. The staff was so accommodating, specially the front desk. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they made arrangements for me to check in WAY earlier so that I could get settled. I was there for 6 days and I will absolutely be back soon!

I don't like resort fees, but the Posada includes shuttle service within 2 miles morning til 10 pm. If you don't have a car, it is essential in Santa Fe because there is NO TAXI service and Uber is unreliable. I used six shuttles in one busy day. Most of the museums and other tourist venues are within shuttle distance, and the drivers are the friendliest and most delightful part of the staff. The property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class.

This is an older, refurbished property, not a luxury hotel, but a lot of thought has put into everything. For example: my room had a refrigerator that really worked, and a microwave that came in handy. In the lobby there is filtered water to fill your water bottle and good coffee cookies. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and keurig. The grounds were beautiful. There were many places for walking. Dog friendly! Plenty of parking. All in all I was very pleased with the accommodations. I'm not sure if I would go back, the resort fee really ticked me off.

Check in was easy and our little one was given coloring pages and crayons. The resort was well manicured We admired all of the flowers in bloom. The pool had adequate comfy seating with loungers and also tables and chairs. 2 adult beverages per day was a nice touch. Also, nice to see it Beautifully lit up at night. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff!! All inclusive means that they offer free breakfast, parking, free local calls from room, fitness center and hot tub and free shuttle service. No nickel and diming guests, which is a breathe of fresh air without charging a per night resort fee. Other hotels should learn from their example!! A wonderful place to stay!!
