We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old boy and 12 year old girl. 1 Hotel room isn’t working for us as the kids get bigger. Sure, I could get connecting rooms but this condo was perfect! 3 separate sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We went skiing this trip and had lots of room to spread out and put all our gear. And the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after skiing. The location was great. I love the North Conway area. Shopping and lots of different restaurants. Close to many ski resorts too. The kids loved the whole place.

Also, the in is right on Cranmore Mountain immediately next to the resort. The facilities seemed brand new and the design of the rooms was excellent. They need to paint the outside of resort. Rugs in hallway were relatively new but again no cleaning schedule was apparent.
