Checking in was a bit of a problem, had to wait a bit after check in time to get our room. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful views of the mountain. Nice big deck. Great place. We loved it.

Every member of the engineering team we spoke to and encountered were extremely polite and apologetic. We asked for a partial refund on our stay due to the problems we experienced and the management agreed to reimburse some of the costs - this was appreciated. The setting of the resort is ideal for being able to explore nearby San Diego.

We decided to stay there for the pool slide for the kids and they were soooo happy, especially since there are 2 different slides (not at the same pool but same resort). I wasn’t happy about it with 2 kids and a stroller being packed to the car and then out all the time. Lol One of the 4 pools was 18+ so I have no opinion about how nice it is, but we checked out the other 3. The one on the right, near Green villas seems more outdated as compared with others. The one on the up and left is perfect! Loved it a lot. Kids had tones of fun. And the mountain views are outstanding there!LinaFamily with young children

Nick at the front desk was so helpful & accommodating, he really set the bar high for customer service! Even the woman working at The Market was really helpful & kind! Can’t say enough good things about the staff, they really make the stay at the resort that much better!
