Great location, excellent beach, spacious room( even bigger than expected and we had two bathrooms, which i didn't understand from the description of the room), pretty good level of cleanliness. Restaurant good quality, food various and tasty . Even for very picky persons(like my daughter) you can find something. Huge pool, and when the weather was bad there's a pool half inside with warm water. And a lot of space to play eit kids.

Staff were amazing. Over from New Zealand touring Europe and lucky enough to pick here to stay a few days. Couldn’t fault the entertainment team they worked hard to make sure everyone was involved especially Atakan and Derin. Lovely fellow guests too . Highly recommend this place.

The receptionist, Rana, was outstanding she was helpful, super responsive and even knew how to resolve a fairly tricky technical problem with one of my devices not connecting to the wifi at first. The gym is a full sized gym with EVERYTHING. Full set of machines, free weights, cardio, cross- fit like implements (kettlebells etc). Best I have seen in a hotel. The buffet, both for breakfast and in the evening is second to none, true five star. It is impressive - my room and the entire hotel is impeccable.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things. It was the first time we visited this hotel, so i was a bit worried before our stay, but it became better than expected, so that we extended our stay there .There were a lot of German- and French-speaking visitors, but of course you could communicate in English and Turkish. The area of the hotel is very big and very beautiful with one and two-story houses with several rooms in each of them. It looks like a small village in the beautiful park.We had a room in a one-story house, big enough and with a big and comfortable bathroom with big shower cabin. The staff everywhere (reception, cleaning, restaurant, bars) all were very friendly and helpful.On the area one big and … three if I remember right small pools with an entertainment (gymnastics) around it. And for those like us the see was within few minutes walk on a private for the hotel beach. Very clean beach and amazing clean sea (just so that you know in the morning almost never waves, in the late afternoon and evening most usually waves in the sea) Hotel gives you beach towels, there are sunbeds and sun umbrellas for free. The food was delicious and in a good variety for different tastes, including barbecues.Different bars where you can find snacks, ice-cream and drinks (without and with alcohol).Staff as I said very friendly and always very polite.A small shopping place with one small market, one souvenirs and summer/beach-clothes shop and a little jewelry shop with a very pleasant couple(Nora and Cemal) who own the shop. You can book a Tui tour to Pamukkale and another tour from Anex to Efesus and Virgin Mary’s house.The last one is absolutely worth to take!We had a lovely guide Alena who told us a lot about a different historical events and legends during our ride and at the places itself. So it is a beautiful place to travel to and relax.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and none of the worrying signs which I've read in negative reviews was actually true. Internet is perfect and works everywhere, food is delicious, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and clean. I may consider coming again.
