Great hotel, nice restaurants, responsive front desk staff (Oksana). We came with friends and family - everyone found the stay amazing. Bodrum is 10 mins by taxi. Bars are good too. This hotel is a treasure for photographs because of the views.

Me and my husband spent amazing holiday at Rixos Premium Bodrum in September 2022. As soon as we arrived to Bodrum airport hotel’s driver met us and took us to the hotel (the ride was very comfortable and safe). Special thanks to Emircan who is in charge of transportation issue. We were greeted by very nice and charming girl - Leila. As soon as we received our room key guest relationship department organized a special WhatsApp group where we had 2 managers who were online 24/7 for any reasons and questions that we might have. Piotr Pasali and Anastasia Troian really made a great work and helped us with everything during our stay (they also booked a restaurant for us in Yalikavak, they helped us with hotel’s entertainment, immediately organized everything we asked for). Guys are very professional, polite and friendly - we are very grateful to you! Food in the hotel is amazing! I could barely breath after each lunch and dinner 😅 I would like to send special thanks to the girl from the Turquoise restaurant - Merve. She’s the sweetest girl! She always remembered what we were ordering and each time she brought us everything without even asking❤️ Beach was amazing as well, you can always find a free sun lounge regardless of the time of the day. Towels on the beach are always clean, the staff is very polite and prompt so you don’t have to wait for your order for hours. Each evening we went to the Neria bar for live music performances. We are absolutely in love with bartender Surak who is working 24/7 I guess. Amazingly polite, charming, super professional and nice guy. We won’t be surprised if next time when we’ll come to Rixos he’ll be a hotel manager😏 We’ll definitely come back next summer. The most amazing hotel in all Bodrum! Thanks a lot to all the team!❤️
