It’s a proper hotel and has everything you’d expect for a ridiculously cheap price. Clean, functional, comfy beds, no noise, well stocked rooms, varied food and well presented at every meal,excellent coctails by the pool and by the beach and more importantly good staff.

The service and location was beyond our expectation. The staff were very helpful in every concern we had, and the location was excellent. The resort was secluded enough but also integrated within the city so that going in the city was convenient. There was also a beautiful beach that was a ~5 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, rooms are very very clean, the spa was great, great activities, access to pool, sauna and steam room. Great location beautiful view of the mountain and the beach close by, easy access to taxi and shops. The foods were amazing great selection. I will visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Room, view were very good, with balcony. Food was outstanding and big variety! Private beach was awesome, swimming was super cool, and the slide was fun!! Activities and shows were excellent!!! Spa was nice (free) and massage center available (extra cost).

Club Hotel Sera is one of my favorite hotels to stay. Because of gorgeous ottoman palace design, because of the comfort and of excellent location (by the sea but also near to the airport and to the shops),because of the lovely garden with palms,flowers and mandarin trees, because of the live piano music in the lobby and restaurant, but most of all because of the people who are working here. Our favorite, and we know her for years now, - manager of reception NEGIN- she is a fairy from a fairytale, always smiling , helping, is always there with a sincere smile! Mustafa (also know him for years now)on reception desk - the most experienced, always helps and advises in any question. Sana -the guest relation, the smiling “sister”- fairy of Negin) The flower of Sera ) Nargul, medical department - the most welcoming and efficient) Yasmin ,in the lobby bar - thank you for your work and for your songs! Dear Sera Club, we will come back again, that’s for sure!!
