The resort is like hidden jewel directly at the beach. The rooms are very tidy and the garden way constantly cleaned and maintained. Scooter rental, mini supermarket and other villages and beaches nearby. There many restaurants at the beach and also great Thai massages. The staff were outstanding. Friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was served at the terrace of the bungalows which to me was very convenient.

I also enjoyed being next to the sunset viewpoint, just a few steps away from Utopia, at 360 bar-restaurant. Their food quality is good. If you're interpid enough, the resort has a short trail leading to the cliff where swimming and snorkelling without crowds are the extra bonuses. The rocks have barnacles all over them, so climbing out of the water should be done carefully. Dar the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very nice room and the resort is leafy and peaceful. We were there for 3 nights and had plenty of options for meals (treehouse bar, 420 club and the restaurant at Wang Sai next door) but it might be quiet for a longer time. 420 bar and the treehouse bar are up a steep hill so you might want a lift (we walked and were very hot!).

Our stay was filled with good facilities and attentive and kind staff, and we received good value for the money we paid. We booked a standard room and it had a good view and easy access to the beach. This resort is located on one of the best beaches on Koh Phangan Island, so it is totally worth the distance from the ferry station.
