There are renovations going on right now but we never felt or heard any annoying construction work. The breakfast buffett is very diverse. The staff is just excellent! They were outstanding friendly, forthcoming and helpful - they made our stay special. Be aware: if you are looking for a luxury option, you better go to the resort on the other end of that beach. But if you want something for small/medium budget, this is a good place to stay.

The hotel is so well taken care off, the gardens and views are beautiful. The family are so kind, friendly and accommodating which you will find runs through the whole island, everyone is so lovely. We have been to Koh Yao Yai 4 times and this was our favourite place, highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back again.
