We stayed at palmview resort for 3 nights in total. We had two nights in a wooden bungalow. Then we took a lake tour, and came back for another night at a normal bungalow with concrete wall. Both kinds are clean and with mozzi nets so no troubles with bugs at night. We like the bungalow with concrete wall a bit more. The surroundings was tranquil. In the beginning it took us some time to get used to it cause the whole town is small and quiet. We booked a two day- one night lake tour directly with them. 2400 babt per person. It was a group tour with about 13 ppl. Everything about the tour was great, much better than we expected. Cold drinking water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate were provided. Meals included are delicious too. There were even USB plugs and 4G signals at the boat house. We were glad that we planned in another night at Plamview after the tour just to wind down before going on other trips.

Loved our individual "tree house" next to the little river. It was very comfortable with a nice little sitting area overlooking the river. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. We actually stayed one night, then did the 2 day Cheow Lan Lake and wildlife tour then returned for another night. They safely stored our luggage for us so we could just take an overnight dry pack on our tour and then put it in our room when we returned. Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds are lovely. Great location - easy walking to shops and restaurants and the park entrance. As a bonus - it was fun watching the monkeys!

What can I say, except tell you to immediately book a place at this hotel if you are visiting Khao Sok! It has genuinely beautiful surroundings, some of the cleanest and finest rooms I've seen, and most importantly: incredible people running the place. Such hospitality and friendlieness that I received upon arrival and throughout my stay I haven't experienced while travelling ever. I was given fruits and nuts, had great conversation and had my whole tricky trip back to Surat Thani arranged for me. Make sure to contact the hotel before arrival if you are having trouble getting there, they are more than happy to help! All in all one of my favorite stays ever!

I like the atmosphere of the place. Very nice surroundings, lots of nature surrounding you. Nice little walk down to the river. Very friendly staff, lots of good advice on what to do and what to see.

Everything was just amazing! Mr. Bao and his wife are the kindest hosts we've met until now during our roadtrip through Thailand. They make sure everything's perfect and if you want to go to the village he'll just bring you and pick you up. The location is just gorgeous! Thank you very much for our stay!

Great location for launching onto the lake. Off the road a bit which is great. Room easy and basic with great AC Helpful staff that booked things for us and pointed us in the right direction

Excellent hosts. Nice place in the middle of the Forest. Really jungle feeling. Nice pool and great common areas. Quite simple rooms but definitely worth the money.

Everything! As soon as we arrived, we felt very, very welcome and happy to be there. Staff is absolutely wonderful- they truly want to ensure everyone is happy and the host "Mon" is always happy to help. He arranged 3 safaris for us, including an overnight safari trip. Very relaxing, beautiful location, peaceful, in the jungle. Beds are very comfortable, and food is delicious.
