One of the best places to stay in jomtien for me the best .. Around the building there is seven eleven ,family mark ,coffe shop , small restaurants , to go to the beach or go to any part of pattaya or jomtien There are motortaxy next to the hotel , Or use some application for taxy in Thailand and they arrive right away. The place is very nice and There is everything for a long or short stay. Safe and well-maintained place. I thank two hosts for their seriousness and punctuality.! I hope to go back soon fabio

Great swimming pool. Kids will love it. Spacious condo with everything you need. Owner even had a new toaster brought to our room when ours didn't work. The clothes washing machine was great.

excellent host . great price. amazing swimming pool. Please note the resort is a little distance from the beach and restaurants. we have a car so it was PERFECT for our family being in a quite location. I am sure a taxi is probably only about 40 baht to jomtien or 70-80 baht to central Pattaya so if you prefer a quite location this place is awesome. do not expect walking distance to beach/food however the resort has a cafe/massage/bar/mini mart all on site. You can also order any delivery food very conveniently delivered to your door. The pool is great. The room is nice. The sofa bed is good for kids. The aircon was cold. The shower is hot and good pressure. The fridge is large. Cooking is available . The bed was average size and comfort and was ok. The smart TV was not connecting to youtube or netflix (maybe the host can fix this but we did not need it) but it was a good size and you can easily connect your laptop to the big screen. The resort is well maintained for Thailand standards with security/cleaners/gardeners/service staff . The wifi was ok I can not really comment as we did not use it much as we have 5g phones so was not needed. I will be back next month. This is our new favorite family friendly hotel in pattaya. We loved it. for the price it is unbeatable value for money and a really relaxing happy holiday!

I booked an overnight stay but i extend for 2 more days thanks to the hospitality if Lany. Her warm personality is very welcoming makes me feel at home. Im glad i follow her advice to stay longer.
