The hotel is great, very suited for family with children: - it has an outdoor playground (pretty big space) - it has an indoor playground (with toys) - it has a heated swimming pool for children - evening events and entertaining for children - it has a food-area (corner) special for children, with boiled meat and some other easy stuff - there are two ice-cream fridges available all day (they get filled every day from what I saw) It was great for us also - hotel personnel was very nice (we got to choose the floor, they helped us with a lost item and where very helpful in general) - food was good, mostly what you would expect from an all-inclusive (including crapes and desert, juice, coffee, beer, wine) - a nice surprize was the snacks hours and ice-cream between meals - the adult pool is big and you can enjoy a good swim (not heated) - included private beach and sun-beds for hotel guests - the beach was OK (in fact, great for the BlackSea) - room was good, a bit small but enough - big and comfortable bed - beach towels included - private parking I recommend it (especially for children) and I guess we will return

The jacuzzi appartment is fine, it has a nice view of the sea and a good enough size for 2 persons. The hotel is clean, family friendly. The view is nice from the rooms, the restaurant terrace and the pool. The infinity pool complements very well the surroundings, especially that the beach is not very accessible (you need to use some stairs). The staff in the reception area is very friendly, polite and helpful.

I was in September at the end of the season on the last weekend before closing. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The food was ok, not very many options but it was the last weekend so not complaining, the girl serving very professional. The room was very clean, seemed everything new, including the bathroom, the bed was comfy. Close to the beach, the one in front is small. The check-in was late 18:00, but we paid 18 euro for the night, without breakfast so all in all it was ok. We had free parking in front of the hotel, i think in the summer it would be difficult to find a spot.

Excellent experience. Especially for the price paid, compared with other hotels in this area, it is super great value for money. First impressions was when we entered the hotel, even the lady from reception was with another customer in the process of check in, she spotted us at entrance and welcomed us. When we approached the reception desk she told us,in a minute I will be with you, as she was finishing the other customer check in. She had always a smile on her face, very professional and warm in the same time. Room was recently refurbished, very very clean, comfortable beds, balcony with a support for drying clothes, minifridge with small freezer, air cond, close to beach, in a very green area, tables and chairs at the front and rear of the hotel, free carpark, very very pleasant experience all together! Congratulations staff!

We felt as at home. The restaurant team worked well, being skilfully led by Mr. Dan. The rooms are spacious and allow the addition of an extra bed. It can be noticed that in reality the hotel looks better than in the pictures.
