Miscommunication for transfer from the airport, but it can happen... They solved it very well. Some other gasts made many noice the first night, but they changed our room to a more quiet room on another floor. So if there is a problem, they quickly look for solutions. Personell was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good. Rooms were always clean. Hotel is also good situated : close to the beach and not so far from the city centre.

Very easy. JP met us on arrival , he was really friendly and welcoming and took the time to take us through everything. Great service on all counts. Property is in a great location and everything is really well maintained and standard really high. Walking distance from the sea and some great local restaurants.

The showers were phenomenal and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts could not have been nicer too. They had the pool heated for us when we arrived which was wonderful and they were so responsive if I sent them a message. It was absolute luxury. My only qualm was the trip was not long enough.

From the helpful information and assistance by the staff,to the clean rooms,to the gym,the indoor and outdoor swimming pool to the private beach behind the hotel, it's a place I want to come back to again.. This is a great hotel to stay in and the location was good considering the things I had to pick up close by.. Kudos to the team at pestana Alvor priaia premium beach resort .. I was impressed..
