This is a very nice spot. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There is an excellent pool and if you surf the breaks are just in front of the hotel. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. It is relatively expensive when compared to other nearby hotels, but you get a lot more. Our room also included a free breakfast buffet, which was very good.

Exceptional service by the staff. Superbly welcoming, helpful, friendly and accommodating! The owner was pleasant to speak with and she even helped us arrange our surfboard rentals plus instructors and even arranged our in-call massage. 10/10 would be back.

I liked the location it was in a perfect place with a great view of the beach. It was also nice that they had a free pool table and some pretty good food.

I love the cleanliness of our room- from beddings to comfort room! A real comfort. The food they serve is exceptional!!! A must try restaurant if you are in Baler! I love how accommodating the front desk officers are, they made us feel welcomed!! I love the swimming pool too located in the 2nd floor of the building! Our dogs were soooo relaxed the whole time!!
