Also our room was dirty on arrival, we had to request clean bedding. The mattres of the bed was also molded and black. I will not recomment or stay at this resort again.DuvenhageYoung couple

We always reserve "All Inclusive" ..... it is the only way to stay at this resort! Also, always an Ocean view.. One of the best resorts we have stayed at and we are international travelers.

With that was complimentary spa or romantic dinner for two. You still had to pay but at a discounted price. In other words I still paid for it. Lol

Ivonne was wonderful because she handled a situation we had with laundry service with respect and integrity. After our issue with the laundry service, she exceeded our expectations by acknowledging our 30th wedding anniversary with $200 in resort vouchers, a celebration banner and delicious dessert plate.
