Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

I booked a spa day for me and my partner and confirmed this with them although it took 3 attempts for them to respond. They had not booked this so we drove 3 hours to this resort for nothing. Very disappointing. The staff are nice, they are just clearly understaffed. The spa pool didn't look clean and one of the pools was empty with tape around it. I felt very mislead.

I’ve stayed here before in 2021 and had a good experience hence why I have booked again recently.
