staff were really friendly & great to chat to, food was excellent- good variety to satisfy all dietary preferences (tasty cocktails too!) location,scenery, building structures & grounds were really well designed. Can see a lot of wildlife around. Bungalows we’re clean, comfortable & constructed from local natural materials. LOVE THE OUTDOOR SHOWER!!!! Thanks to Ju, Wan & Ein for a really enjoyable stay - sorry for spelling ur names wrong 😂 Also, thanks to Steve, the dog! He’s just the best! 😍 Hope to see u all again ☺️🥰

The room was nice and clean, it had a cattle and tea/coffee. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food is okay and the jungle fern on the menu is great! The pool seemed clear.

Such a beautiful surrounding. It’s just lovely. Had a visit of a orang oetang in the tree on the other side of the lake. Fantastic!

The actual resort was in an amazing setting in the rainforest, with walkways and small lakes. The pool area was lovely, very peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. It was excellent value for money, and included a buffet style breakfast. We stayed in the basic room, which was fine for three nights.

The rooms had a balcony and you could see the whole jungle, watch the animals and the sounds were beautiful. It was like a luxury jungle experience. The common area was also lovely! Met lots of other travellers and the food was exceptional. The staff were also so friendly! The shuttle is great, goes to sepilok and picks you up. This was by far better than any of the other resorts by the centres. I will deffo go back.KirstyFamily with young children
