A perfect little resort with a private entrance to the beach. We were a bit off season, but it was still a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are cozy and the owners are really friendly. There is a shared space with fridge and kitchen that everyone can use. Rooms are with both fan and AC. Really good value for money and I highly recommend.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was perhaps the most ideal, relaxing stay we have ever experienced. My husband actually sat still for several days, poolside, and read a book (!!!), dipped in the pool occasionally, slept in the shade, meditated on the ocean scene spread out before him (jet skis far enough in the distance to be interesting but not noisy, parasails colorfully dotting the warm blue skies against puffy white clouds). Breakfast was declicious with western and suburb local offerings—-and plenty of everything. Bar service was exceptional throughout the day. We dined on site one night and the menu, food, and service on the beach was, again, exceptional. The entire staff was all smiles and eager to please—-we felt so very welcome. And—drum roll: the turndown service each evening was charming! We would go out to dinner (the hotel is steps away from the throng of downtown Cenang with all it’s shopping and dining options) though the facility itself feels miles removed) and when we’d return to our room, the lights were dimmed, soft jazz was playing on the internet radio, the sheets were exquisitely “turned” with clever little tokens of paper messages about the weather forecast for the next day, suggestions of what to do, etc. It was like getting a fortune cookie on your bed (without the calories!). Speaking of calories, as part of the turndown service, they also provided large ceramic mugs with fixings for either tea or hot chocolate. And they always had a jar of peanuts and coconut cookies to nibble on throughout the day. And we strongly encourage folks to reserve a “high tea” at least one afternoon. Their tiered trays of savory and patisserie dainties was just as delightful as everything else. We originally considered staying at the hotel further north—-the one with the rooms out over the water. But we opted to be within walking distance of town/activity and we are so very, very glad with out choice. Casa Del Mar is an exceptional hotel and great value!

The facilities are just like in the picture. It has a fantastic vibe with its design that is integrated in nature while maintaining all the comfort one may look for. The staff top it all up, always with a smile and ready to help. Conveniently close to the airport while not having sound disturbance. Very easy to get around the island by car. We used the app “Grab”. Certainly recommend it! Oh! and the breakfast buffet changed every morning!! delicious. Great way to taste new local dishes.

Everything was beautiful and lovely, staff were so helpful and warm. Breakfast was awesome, pool was right outside our room, loved our porch facing the pool. Love the warm embrace having coffee on our beautiful porch when it rained. Praise the management for such warm hearted staff

A unique stay in Langkawi. Our stay was enjoyable, safe and comfortable. The rooms were clean, as was the pool. All in all, it’s a very cozy stay and would definitely come back again.
