Reasonable price for Tulum, we chose to stay downtown as beach resorts prices were extortionate. Free parking, room was well equipped. There is a breakfast café directly in front of the hotel but otherwise we drove around for food and drinks around town, which was quite convenient. We did not use the rental bikes due to most of the potholes all filled with water, we couldn't tell how deep it was - but most places are within cycling distance.

The beautiful beach is just across the street (and across a resort). Sleeping in the tend and the open shower into the nature makes it for an unforgettable experience. Plus breakfast is delicious! You had access to the premium alcohol, and private beach area. The spa was beautiful. It was an all inclusive breakfast,lunch and dinner. They had entertainment up until 1am. It was really a beautiful resort. The servicers was excellent and very friendly. I was able to book excursion with no problem. Room service was available all night. I wish I was able to stay longer.
