Amazing hotel. The resort has one of the best beaches on Mauritius. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great as well. The room (junior suite) was spotless and spacious. There was a very nice balcony as well. All around the best resort I have stayed in awhile.

Very reasonably priced. Lovely studio - spacious and clean. Really nice staff. Bottled water on arrival and despite us not turning up for breakfast til 11am, nice selection of tea, coffee, toast with butter and jam and a cheese omelette with bacon on the side. We really loved the resident pooch who was respectful and kept her distance until she realised we wanted cuddles and was then happy to oblige! Just far enough from bars and restaurants to have a nice peaceful stay but everything is a 10-15 minute walk away. Free parking too.

First and foremost, the warm and friendly welcome I received upon arrival set the tone for my stay. The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room preferences had been thoughtfully accommodated. Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall ambiance that made me feel right at home. The dining experience at Casa Florida Hotel was equally impressive. The culinary offerings were both delicious and beautifully presented. However, I have a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. I noticed that there was no shatafa (bidet spray) in the toilet, which is a feature I've found to be quite useful during my travels. Installing shatafas in the bathrooms could be a valuable addition that would align with modern hygiene standards and enhance guest comfort. on the mont choisy beach so could not ask for more as this is a beach with the turquoise water. staff offered us an early check in at 11am even though we just wanted to leave our bags. They did well to be very attentive to my younger kids.

Aamiaisbuffa oli erittäin hyvä ja laaja valikoima kaikkea mahdollista. Vaikka hotelli oli iso, oli silti aamiaisella rauhallinen tunnelma eikä tungoksesta ollut tietoa. Myös illallisbuffet oli monipuolinen. Mielestäni lapsiperheitä ohjattiin hieman eri alueille kuin pariskuntia. A la carte ravintoloissa oli oikein hyvät menut. Huone ja hotellin ulkoiset puitteet olivat oikein hyvät. Saimme huoneen extra terassilla, mikä oli mukava yllätys. Respassa erittäin hyvää palvelua! Bussilla pääsee Grand Baieen ja rantaa pitkin kävellen Mont Choisyn rannalle. Hotellin päivittäiset snorklausretket kivoja!

STAFF - We had a warm welcome from the hotel with smiles from most hotel staff. As soon as we stepped through the entrance, we were given a yummy cold drink (a mocktail we think) and a nice refreshing towel. - Jenifer Lopez was amazing and ensured we felt comfortable at the hotel. She spent time daily walking abound the restaurant greeting everyone and cracking jokes, as well as singing (love the voice and ability to sing different languages). - Massive shout out to Jean Marc, Anwaz and Jocelyn for always taking care of us and making us laugh during meal times. Special thanks to Jean Marc for all the shots he provided to us, and how he persuaded us to taste some yummy Mauritian drinks. - The Animation Team were really good at making us feel included in the scheduled activities that we participated in. Some included: Water Polo, Bocce, Table Tennis, Aquagym and Archery. Restaurant cooks were amazing. Always providing fantastic food, and bringing a tear to a certain Australian guest’s eye when he found bacon for Breakfast. He was very pleased. ROOM - Spacious room, was very clean and loved the sea view. - Staff refilled our mini fridge with 2 cokes everyday and a bottle of water, which we really appreciated! ACTIVITIES - Great entertainment activities at the hotel. We enjoyed the different group games as mentioned above, as well as Glass Bottom Boat Tour, Séga Dances and Karaoke Night. - Cheers to the staff for the free Cocktails as rewards for winning competitive games such as Bocce and Archery (although 1 million rupees would have been even better haha!)
