This is a great hotel with great service and great hardware.   From the moment I made the reservation, every time I communicated with the hotel, I felt that the service was very good.   I stayed here to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the hotel not only prepared a cupcake, but also gave me a complimentary room decoration, which was a nice surprise.   The room was large and well equipped with all the amenities and hotel supplies, and the bathroom was large and bright, with a view of the sea from the window.   The bed is big and you can change the pillows.   The hotel has free transportation to Guan Zha and Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal. 1. If you want to go to the city, you need to take the transportation to the Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal to change to other hotels' transportation. 2. To go to the airport, you can only take the AP1 bus at MOP6 per person.

We were given un update to a suite. The room is very spacious and well decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I had a bad skin allergy during the trip, we intended to go A&E but we were concerned about the covid situation at the hospital. We called up customer service to enquire on the opening hours of Macau hospital and a lovely polite girl prompted further on why we needed to visit the hospital and informed us that the hotel actually has an in-house doctor who is able to assist us! The hotel called us a couple of times to ask and confirm symptoms and drug allergies. Shortly after, in-house doctor came to my room, he was accompanied by 3 hotel staff, doctor was really attentive and had a look again at my skin allergy before he gave me the pills and cream he prescribed based on the earlier phone conversations. I feel very touched and it is obvious that the hotel took this matter seriously. The hotel staff also told me to ring up the hotline if I need any ice bag or further assistance and they are more than happy to help. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely look forward to stay again when I next visit Macau!
