Waking up to breathtaking views of the ocean was an absolute treat. Our stay will be truly memorable!

This is our first time at Hotel Riu... We had a wonderful experience.. They have amazing buffets and a beautiful environment with the beach..Quality rooms with sea view..The staff is very friendly and helpful...We truly enjoyed our stay..

We recently visited Sheraton and it was our honeymoon stay and i should say I was so glad that we selected Sheraton to spend our honeymoon. One day was too short to experience all the facilities they offer but yet we experienced many as we can. Check-in was very smooth and only took very few minutes and escorted to the room by Mr. Emil who is the front desk manager. It was our pleasure to meet such a gentleman who took care of us from checkin to checkout. Since we requested a higher floor room they have allocated top floor room for us which was a great news to start with. When we enter to the room there was a nice bed deco , Fruit basket and cake was waiting for us as honeymoon amenities which was complimentary. More importantly there was note from Mr. Emil to welcome us written by himself which was more personal than printed letters which other hotels practices. Also I should highlight on a small point which catches my eye which is their waste bins. It was segregated into two parts as recyclable side and non recyclable side. This is a small but yet a great gesture taken by the company to segregate the waste from the guest rooms itself which is a great example for others as well. Since we wanted to try out a la carte we booked only on bed and breakfast. So we tried Olive restaurant which is a restaurant and bar. Service was great and we met Mr. Samitha who is another person made our stay more memorable. He was very polite and checked with us at dinner and breakfast both just to make sure we enjoy our meals. Big shout out to Samitha as well to his hospitality also to the barman Thilina who was the barman at olive restaurant. I wish if they had weather blinds at Olive restaurant since it is an outside restaurant as it is bit disturbing on a rainy day. Breakfast was at S kitchen which is their main restaurant which offers giant breakfast buffet. I would say it was the heaviest breakfast we had. Food was excellent. Overall it was a satisfied stay

Se ripenso al nostro soggiorno al Kalapuwa resort mi viene subito in mente la gentilezza del proprietario e del cuoco che ci hanno accolti con cordialità. Il resort è meraviglioso, si trova immerso nella natura, con una vista che rilassa. La piscina è molto bella, con diverse profondità. Le camere spaziose (vi è un apposito spazio per appoggiare la valigia), pulite e ben arredate. Il bagno è pulito e funzionale. Questo resort è stato uno degli highlight del nostro viaggio perché abbiamo mangiato una delle cene e colazioni più buone in assoluto, preparate sul momento dal cuoco. Davvero delizioso, grazie mille ! Ci sono vari spazi molto ampi dove rilassarsi e chiacchierare in tutta tranquillità. Ci ritorneremo :D

- Hotel infrastructure is new and very carefully and lovingly maintained - The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and caring. It feels like home - Restaurant offers a wide variety of cuisine, whenever buffet is offered, with ample vegetarian options. - Rooms are massive with beautifully interiors, and balcony facing the Indian Ocean. NOTE: you are very close to the sea. If you have problems with the sound of waves, you will have to shut the balcony door at night
