The views are incredible from here. We booked a superior 1 bedroom apartment (self-catering) and even cooked for us on the first night. Took a walk down to a small supermarket on the square and fresh fruit and veg etc available. Comfortable bed, aircon works, heated towel rails in bathroom that heated up the bathroom which was great. If you want to use the spa - book in advance as soon as you check in or even before as it gets fully booked quickly. I read the previous comments about the breakfast that is only a croissant and coffee/juice, so we didn’t expect too much, however I would suggest the hotel add a little more to the breakfast table. Remember to ask the hotel when you book to collect your luggage at the bus station if you don’t have a car or taxi, as the uphill is quite steep with suitcases!!

The views, the pool, the chef; this place has it all! My husband and I travelled there with our 1 year old daughter and could not have asked for a better arrangement. We had dinner on our terrace every evening with the most amazing views. Spent the afternoons by the pool (which has a pool side bar). The pool was huge with plenty of sun-loungers and view of the medieval town of Teverina. The staff was superb and helped us with everything needed (or wanted!). And finally, we ended up eating every meal at the restaurant or delivered to our room because the food was just that good. We stayed for 5 days and I cannot wait to go back.
