The location and facilities is perfect for cycling, hiking, etc or simply seat back, relax and shutdown. Garden and Spa, beautifully setup, I give 10 points to it. The evening dinner is amazing, not regreted taking the half-board package.

This is second adult only hotel of Sienna Resort. The main one just little bit higher on hill. But guests can enjoy both hotel facilities. First of personal highly professional pleasant snd helpful. Vera from restaurant, Katrin( reception) Evreone was very positive Proffetional and pleasant. Food on breakfast but specially on dinner was delicious. Thanks a lot Team Mitterplatt for make such beautifu snd uniquel experience.

The landlord of the property Graziella is a welcoming person and most of all always in open communication. The property had all the features such as kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable beds, tv, outdoor patio and most of all a washer! Will return upon next trip to the slopes! We had the three bedroom apartment with air-conditioning. Each kid had its own luxury bedroom with TV. Kitchen was fully equipped, Coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are already there. Spar supermarket and bakery close by. Car park accessible via a car-lift: cool!. Building is very close to the centre of town. All restaurants, shops are reachable on foot. The town of Merano and the ski resort Merano 2000 are just 15 and 5 minutes drive away respectively. Nice wooden interior with two balconies and a cozy kitchen. Games box in a hallway mini "library" was a nice touch.

It is just a 10 minute walk to the center center. Also, only a ten minute drive or bus ride to Merano 2000 which is a ski resort with great summer hiking and views.

From furniture, through WHAO KITCHEN!!!!, sauna, whirlpool, big living space, separated bedroom, 2 big and great bathrooms, even washing room and private big garage....and super terrace...we felt in love with this accommodation!

The kitchen is very well equipped, and water bottles and coffee capsules were available. It is real luxury. The building is beautiful and the garage is super practical, since it is right in the city centre. Despite this, it is very well insulated and quiet. The balcony is huge, so it's nice to relax or eat outside with amazing mountain views. Mirco is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time and felt in love with Merano.
