The service is outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous and cleaned to perfection with all the amenities that you require. All the staff were outstanding.The buggy drivers very kind and helpful. The restaurants are very good and the service is impeccable. Jala restaurant offers an excellent Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast is delicious and they have an excellent variety of food. The fresh natural drinks are very tasty. My experience was amazing and beyond my expectations. The resort team make my stay very comfortable and enjoyable . A special thanks to the assistant manger Agnes, she was so kind and showed a great hospitality and professionalism also thank you to Dika and KC for their kindness. The concierge was very helpful as well. The resort is surrounded by nature and wonderful frangipani plants. The nature surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. The FS app is excellent! The staff is extremely helpful no matter if you are inside of the hotel of outside of the hotel .they will help and guide you no matter the time and place .Uluwatu is 30 min from the hotel and you can find very beautiful beaches with cristal water.The concierge will help you with all the informations. There were no mosquitoes and the evenings were so peaceful and relaxing by the private pool.

Our villa was spacious, comfortable & quiet. The staff were exemplary- nothing was ever too much trouble. After a wonderful massage & facial at a salon close by, a pot of freshly brewed ginger tea was brought to me as I relaxed beside the pool - true bliss! The breakfasts, enjoyed sitting outside in our little courtyard, were always fresh & delicious. Highly recommend the hash browns, which were more like rosti. It was the last few days of a two week stay in Bali, & we left there feeling well rested & revived. Was a bonus that the airport is only a short distance away.

Jimbaran Puri is simply amazing ! From the beautiful gardens and pristine pool to the lovely beach and the constant care of our room during our stay, it was a peaceful and serene retreat. But what truly touched us at Jimbaran Puri was the exceptional staff. Despite our extensive travels, we've never encountered a team quite like this, blending professionalism and warmth in a way that made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether it was Gian's warm welcome at the restaurant, Tude's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, or the efforts of Janu and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely looked after. Even on the beach, Ardika ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. And at breakfast, Ari's attentive service was remarkable. While we can't mention everyone by name, every single staff member made our stay at Jimbaran Puri exceptional. However, we want to express our deep gratitude to Wulan for going above and beyond when we really needed help. Our journey in Indonesia hit a snag due to an unexpected issue, and Wulan took the time to assist us in finding a solution. She guided us through the process, comforted us with her warmth and kindness, and ultimately found a positive resolution to our situation. Wulan's exceptional efforts went beyond her job description, ensuring that we could continue our journey smoothly. Without her, it simply wouldn't have been possible. We sincerely hope that the Hotel’s management will recognize and reward Wulan for her outstanding contribution in making Jimbaran Puri one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Bali Mynah Villas Resort is an oasis of peace in a strategic location to explore both Jimbaran area and Uluwatu best beaches (renting a scooter is mandatory). We really enjoyed our stay and Simona gave us many useful tips to enjoy and explore the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

The bungalow was incredibly beautiful and had a luxurious feel to it. I came with my friend but it would make a perfect stay for a couple. It provided a wonderful view of the ocean, from the pool and from the restaurant. staff was kind and the rooms had everything you could ask for (bottle water, shampoo and body wash, lotion, toothbrush etc). We would really have appreciated conditioner though! They had their own small beach you could walk to in just a minute. The way down was very scenic. you had to walk down a set of stairs through the forest which was an amazing spot for pictures.
