First of all everyone of the staff welcomed us so nicely! Without asking they decided to upgrade our room to the suite! Even tho the check in was supposed to be at 15:00 pm they insisted that we go and eat breakfast because we came early and they gave us our room a lot earlier then they were supposed to. Everyone was super nice! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, nice and warm staff, great breakfast with a lot of options. We had the BEST time!

Great hotel with great, friendly staff. The food was various and tasty. The beach is pretty close and easy to reach. This hotel is definitely worth recommending to anyone. That was awesome time for me and my family. Children did not want to leave...

The staff, super friendly especially the new generation. They know how to communicate and socialize with customers. The lifeguards r heroes there. They keep the slides safe for everybody so everyone can enjoy. They are lifeguards and not babysitters. Sorry it's just something I want to let the people know who are going there in the future. It's already very hard and difficult for them to keep the place safe so no accidents can happen. So please parents watch your children and to the grown up ones please respect the rules so everybody can have fun... Big and small kids and adults. The rooms and the hotel r kept clean by the lovely ladies. I really admire them everyday how they walk those hills and with their cleaning trolley.

Our cleaner cleaned the room daily...and every day we had bottled water which was a nice touch. All staff were pleasant and couldn't do enough to help...which was same across the resort. The hotel was in a great location with everything on your doorstep.

Plenty facilities, comfy bed, nice terrace where one can enjoy a drink or a meal. The beach is just 5-10 min away, nice sandy one, lots of great restaurants and pubs to choose from- the whole resort has a nice vibe. The water is nice and shallow for a long while so lots of people can enjoy it, however if one would like to go for a long swim rather choose the morning or evening hours as during the day is quite busy because of the variety of water activities.BeátaYoung couple

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and towels were changed daily. The food was very good with a wide variety, suitable for all tastes. There was a snack bar open almost all day with food, ice cream, biscuits and cakes. Coffee and beverages were also available till late at night. The all inclusive package does include alcohol and some cocktails which were great. The pools were big and very clean and the water park was enjoyable for all ages.
