This is an amazing place, with extraordinary staff, great service, exceptional room and balcony! We enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast was exceptional and very varied. Thank you to Evghenia for all her attention and kindness and preparing it for us every day! We could not ask for more. A big thank you also to all the staff at the reception Zoe, Manolis and their other colleague - everyone was extremely professional, went out of their way to help and always there with a smile. Excellent customer service! Excellent cleaning service too! This was by far one of the best experiences we had during our trips in Crete over the years. Plakias is extremely beautiful and this place made it even more so. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to all!

Best value for your money that we found on Crete. Clean pools, great ocean access, large rooms with views and good food. The facilities are dated but great value for your nightly rate. The staff are amazing very helpful and professional.

The flat was very well equipped and very comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect to enjoy time with kids and also swim. There were nice entertainment for both adults and kids the evenings. Despite high wind we really had a nice stay.

The food was excellent, so much choice at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The whole place was very well manicured, clean and pleasing on the eye. There is even a shower room to use if your flight is later on in the day. Cant praise the place enough really. As far as I could see most (all?) of the rooms have a double and a single bed and a terrace. The staff is friendly and easy going. The restaurant serves very good price/quality food. It’s a perfect location to come to rest. The fact that there is a naturist beach in front of the hotel made it perfect, but for those who prefer textile there is plenty of other beaches just minutes walking further.

Owners were around and super helpful, while also very discrete. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. We stayed in villa no 3 with 3 bedrooms and it was perfect size for us. The bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms are stunning. Change of towels and extra towels for pool was also a big plus. Location is a bit uphill when coming from the beach and has partial sea view (from balcony on upper floor)
