The animation team was really fantastic. Great shows and entertainment every day. And the mini club for children was also very good. Our kids of 4 and 6 enjoyed it a lot! The beach is on walking distance, hotel staff is very friendly, rooms were hygienic and cleaned every day, buffet is ok.

Sensus was great and the rooms were modern in design. Staff at reception and restaurants were friendly, very accommodating. Hotel manager was very kind, as we arrived very early from Athens she made an exception to allows us to check in early.

The food was excellent, next time we go for all inclusive. The beach is really close. The magic hands of Janis at the spa can not be missed, next time I will definitely choose the full body massage. Very good activities and facilities onsite for the kids. The all inclusive part is a winner. No need to go on a resturant mission for meals. Also food options are very good with reasonable quality. I would certainly recommend if staying with kids.

The hotel is located right at the beautiful sandy beach with clear sea. We had a bungalow with a private pool, which was literally few steps from the beach. The hotel is also relatively close to Heraklion which makes trips to the city or airport very easy (circa 20 mins). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious.
