Hotel and especially staff (at the reception, the restaurant, the bar, but also the cleaning personal) exceeded our expectations and made this a really special experience. The hotel company shifted us to another nearby property of their-Kiani Beach resort. They had informed us about the same much in advance. We were also given an upgradation to inclusive plus and sea view room in the same price. Everything was awesome-food and drinks, room, cleanliness, amenities, engagement of kids and the list goes on.
