Hotel and especially staff (at the reception, the restaurant, the bar, but also the cleaning personal) exceeded our expectations and made this a really special experience. It was our first time on Crete and we will certainly come back here! + indoor pool for colder days + service/staff + beach!

We were also given an upgradation to inclusive plus and sea view room in the same price. Everything was awesome-food and drinks, room, cleanliness, amenities, engagement of kids and the list goes on.
